Two weeks ago, we kicked off the synthesis of demographic research on migratory birds with almost 30 participants from across Europe! 📚 We focused on training reviewers and literature screening. It was truly an inspiring and very productive week. 📍 The workshop took place in Kostelec nad Černými Lesy, near Prague (Czech Republic).   Many thanks to all participants for the fantastic atmosphere and wonderful event.
